Issue trying to post Product Reciept

Hi There 

I'm trying to print a product receipt and I can't seem to get it working. I received the following message - I can't determine any difference between this and any other call off

The sign of the amount and quantity on the accounting distributions must match the sign on the source document line.

The state of the source document or source document line could not be updated.

Would you mind pointing me in the right direction to look please? 00783.Capture.PNG

    Hi,

    What numbers have you entered in the quantity and price fields?

    Are these both negative numbers or is the price entered as a negative number value?

    If so, try to change this and post again.

    Unfortunately both are showing as positive at this point. Should I change them and revert back to force a change do you think?

    Hi,

    I have seen this issue with returns where the sign of the price or quantity was negative. What do you see in the subledger form? Can you share those details? Have you seen this issue before or is it the first time you see this?
