Hello,
We are using Dynamics CRM Online - I have the email router setup on my local server, and it works - I can test access fine. (I'm trying to setup outbound emails using a SMTP server.)
I can log into CRM as one of the users I'm trying to send email from and then create an activity - then email, and I can send the email fine to another user.
I also created a workflow process where I set the user that it's sending from is {Created By (Delegate)} and it works to send from the user that created the record.
Where I'm running into an issue is that I created a workflow process that when a record is created in an entity I'm trying to have it email a user on behalf of another user. So in my workflow process the from is set to User A and the send to is set to User B. User C is adding the record to the entity and it's giving me an error of: User does not have send-as privilege.
I've checked around - it doesn't appear that on the online version of CRM you can send on behalf of another user? Does anyone else know how to get around this in a workflow process?
Thanks.
