Segment, marketing emails stuck in "Going Live" status

I've got a problem in my D365 Marketing instance.  Many of the items get stuck in "Going Live" status, including segments, customer journeys, marketing emails, and marketing pages.  Any ideas or solutions?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @Mark@CloudNav,

raise a ticket with Microsoft. Definitely not a normal behaviour.

If the entities have even started going live, means they have passed the validation, so chances are they are valid. I don't think it's anything you are doing wrong.

    Thanks,

We're getting the same issue, did you get a fix for this?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, we solved the problem.  We had to re-install the Marketing app.  It turns out the initial install didn't complete 100% successfully.  We found that out from a very good Microsoft Dynamics support technician who was able to go through the back end logs and figure that out.  I'd advise you to try opening a support ticket to get the steps to re-install.  It isn't hard but I don't remember exactly what we did.

I really appreciate the quick response, unfortunately, we have multiple Customer Journeys in progress so reinstalling wasn't an option for us.

I have however found a workaround, I customized the segment form and changed the status field so that it wasn't read-only, I then amended the status to draft and the from the actual button on the form set it to Go Live and it worked.

Hope this helps people in the future.

    Thanks! Strangely, this works
