Job form - Menu

Hello, 

In the job form, menu on top we have the option to select (New, Deactivate, Delete, Etc)

How are the menus created, and for example when I click on Deactivate, a message pops up. Is this created in Java script in the forms or by Plugins, and how do I know which Plugin and see the codes ?

    Is it a custom entity or OOTB entity renamed as "Job"?

    Nevertheless, those are the buttons which comes by default in a metadata of any entity. You can create/customize a button and for that we have a tool called as Ribbon Workbench. There is already a community thread and other article which provide detailed information on adding or customizing a button:
