Hi All,

My customer statement is showing a payment document amount of (3564.4) but the real document from enquiry has an amount of (1782.2) which is a half of (3564.4).I have ran reconcile on the debtor but its still not working. What could be the problem?

Thanks Soma,I ran the query but the amount document amount and current transaction were the same but the doubling of the amount came from mc020102 and I rectified.

Can you attach the screen shot for the customer statement report?

Also run the below query against your company database and check the columns ORTRXAMT & CURTRXAM.

select ORTRXAMT,CURTRXAM,* from rm20101 where docnumbr ='Enter the payment Document number'

    Hope this helps!!!
