Printing Issues

We have a customer who just upgraded their Termnal Server

and since that change, all GP reports are out of alignment

- the print is dropping off to the left.  It is happening

on all printers.  We tested with them on an HP Laser Jet 1320

PCL 6.  The Terminal Server is using Terminal Services Easy

Print drivers - we installed both the PCL 5 and PS drivers

on the workstation and the printing was still the same - no

change.  We changed the printer setting to scale to fit but

it didn't resolve the issue - print still dropping off the

left side.  We were going to try adjusting the

horizontal/vertical alignment in the print dialogue box but

those options are grayed out in that window.  Not sure what

to try next...

Try Install A4 form the installation CD ( Ensures that graphic reports print correctly on A4 size paper ).
