Add Item Tracking Code information to Items that have Item Ledger Entries

I have an issue similar to this one: https://community.dynamics.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=10639ad4-317f-4fa0-a6c4-ce3354f7dfd2 but I went a step further and downloaded a configuration package that included table 27 and 32. I edited each item to include the Item Tracking Code, and then gave each Item Entry the Lot No that I wanted. When I uploaded and applied the Excel file I got an error on table 27 that says:

You cannot change the Item Tracking Code because there are one or more ledger entries.

So, if I just upload and apply Table 32 (Item Ledger Entries) I get an error that says I can't do that because:

The current permission prevented the action (TableData Item Ledger Entry Modify: Base Application).

Any guess which permission I could modify to be able to modify the Item Ledger Entries?
