Sort order on a chart

Hi All,

I have a business process flow(bpf) and i want to show the active stage on the x-axis of a chart, problem is the stages are displaying alphabetically rather then stage sequence, is there a way to sort this on a chart to match the BPF stage sequence.

Hi PS,

Since the active stage field is a lookup field without any order, so it is impossible to order the chart by BPF stage sequence. The only solution is to rename the stage name to manually add order to it.

Edit the BPF, then add a number prefix to the Display Name of the stage, like "1-","2-".

After updating the BPF, go back to see the chart, you will see it has been ordered by the BPF stage sequence.

Thank you for your reply, i does exactly the same, but then i wasn't liking the numbers in front of the names, is there not a way that we can relabel these on chart.
