Dear all,

Can we know the product key that used for which PC? I have 10 stores, and activated license for all these stores, but I closed 2 stores 6 months ago. Now I reopen 2 new stores, and want to reuse 2 product keys of old stores, but I don't know which keys for which ones...because i didn't record which key for this stores...

Can we know product key activated for which PC? Anyone can help me? I am using RMS 2.0

Thanks so much!

I am understanding the question correctly, you want to know if the License key is valid for the PC. If so then on the installation Wizard when you enter the Product Key if you are getting next button enabled it means the Product key is valid if not it is not a valid key for installation and you need to use a different (valid) key.

Atif, Thanks but i guess that would only help during re-installation. How about when you just want it for record purpose? or should re-installation has to be done one already knows which key for which machine. Any idea would be of great help.

Retail Management system Keys. Not CRM.

As far as i know, There is no such tool to retrieve the registered license key in  POS for RMS.

I presume until you have correct number of RMS license against Store operations and HQ clients you have,

it will not be an issue.

If you have the blue, white and yellow cards that have the PID on them, note which Register in which store on the card.

If you just have the PID from CustomerSource, add the last 5 digits of the license to the name of the Register in the Register list.
