Please i would like to know in case of sharepoint integration with CRM Dynamics, does authorization are the same in sharepoint document library as CRM authorization? I'm afraid that some one who has the exact url to a document stored in sharepoint could access it.

Thank you

With SharePoint Security Sync, a widely used SharePoint Integration, you can synchronize the permissions or authorizations of the same Dynamics 365 user with SharePoint, maintaining the same document library structure that's been set up. This addresses your concern about accessing stored documents in SharePoint.

In simpler terms, any adjustments you make to user access within Dynamics 365 CRM, such as sharing a record, adding a user to a team, or changing their security role, will be automatically reflected in SharePoint.

You would need to - a plugin maybe that runs when the SharePoint folder is created and checks the user's access to the record and sets the SharePoint security accordingly. But it would be more complex that that - you might also have to account for when a user's access level changes and make the appropriate SharePoint security updates.

So do you suggess to add some custom developpement to do this integration?

in the same folder structer some users do not have access to all records.

Out of the box there is no association between CRM security and SharePoint security. If a user has rights in SharePoint to see a document they will be able to open it if they have the URL - so you need ton control access on the SharePoint side if you need only certain users to see certain folder/files. An unauthenticated user won't be able to open a document.
