Can you change Inventory Wizard Task 210 - Make Items Inactive

When using the Inventory Wizard Task 210 - Make Items Inactive and Selecting Items by Filter, it bring up a standard report wizard. Can this report filter be changed using xml - like the other reports in RMS? if yes where is it located and what is it's name?

I would like to add another field to filter by.
