Newly added cue does not saved in Role centre in AX 2009

Hi there,

I added a new cue in my Role centre page, after hitting the Apply and OK button, I can see that the new cue is added, but when I refresh the page/screen it is no longer showing. I am system admin.

Any idea how to solve this?
