Schedule board on Sales Module

Hi all..

Is there any option for us to use a schedule assistance on sales module? like plugin or webapi?

I know there is one in Field service but we don't want to use that.

Also I read about URS, but in the docs, the prerequisites are mentioned as:

Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Service, or Customer Service.

If I don't have any of these modules, I can't use URS right?

I appreciate your help!

    Hello Nusrath Jahan,

    Yes you are correct that the Universal Resource Scheduling in Dynamics 365 is only available for the Apps mentioned below: Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Service, or Customer Service.

    Unfortunately this feature is not available on Dynamics 365 for Sales.

    okay thank you.. but I would like to know is there any way I can integrate a scheduler like in outlook and teams or Field service to Sales module?

    Hello Nusrath Jahan,

    Unfortunately through the OOB there is no way to integration of Universal Scheduling Resource(URS) to Dynamics 365 Sales App.

    You can try to integration Microsoft Team integration with Dynamics 365

    You can leverage resource scheduling through Microsoft Team but options are very limited.

    We would recommend you to create a product suggestion and share your concerns.
