We recently have activated claims and ADFS in our CRM on premise v8.2.0.749
Now we're facing some problems with timeouts, because the system has bome unestable, and the session doens't keep active for a long time.
Smetimes you're working and the system prompts you to enter your credentials, but even if you enter them correctly it keeps asking your for them. It happens even if you're actively working with the system.
Can you help me with that? It's becoming a nightmare for the users
