Having run the first year end in GP 2010 since installing Management Reporter, we have found all the account codes in the row dimensions have disappeared. Can not understand how this has happened and have no idea how to fix it other than going through each report row dimension and manually re-eneering the codes.
When we create a new report using the report wizard it only finds one account e.g. VAT control and no others. When we try and create a new row definition and ask it to automatically populate the rows it only find the one account e.g. vat control.
Really puzzled by this. Anybody got any ideas?
