Hi experts,
I am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online .If my record creation and update rules status are Active ,then email messages are not coming to Queue items list from outlook mailbox. When that rule's status are inactive/draft ,then email messages are coming to Queue but case is not creating automatically.
Then this record creation and update rule is not working properly or I did some wrong setting .
I am totally new on this CRM tool.
So ,Please help me on this issue.

Hello Sir,
Mails should comes to queues as you can consider queues similar to an email address.
*Any rules works after they have arrived in InBox.
If Create and Update rule is InActive or Draft, then that rule will not execute but it has got nothing to do with blocking emails to come to your queues.
Now what I suggest is to check your system jobs for detail errors, possibly you will come to know whats going wrong.
Go to Setting->System Jobs [Search for highlighted errors]
It will direct you to correct path to find your answer.
