We are getting this error message when exporting a report for one unit of a Reporting Tree to Excel. There are many other units in the Reporting Tree and they all export without error.
This is happening with GP 2016 16.00.0052 and MR 2.12.000.17
Error:
We found a problem with some content in 'Regional Income Statement.xlsx'. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.
Then another error occurs:
Sorry, we couldn't find C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INETCache\Content.MSO\38DE725B.xlsx. Is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted?
There are no special characters in the Unit Name or Unit Description.
The GL Account segment for this unit exists in GP.
There is no Unit Security in the Reporting Tree.
How can we correct this error?
