We have in our environment multiple contacts with the same e-mail, but they are not duplicate.
When I receive an email and, the senders email is multiple times in Dynamics, i want to select the right contact.
Right now the system picks the last create contact.
Does anyone knows how to do this?
We can not use the regarding field, because we the regarding is used to connect the mail to an other entity.
Hope any one can help.
