I have configured the Maternity Leave as 'Leave of absence' allowing minimum balance of (-366 days).
When employee applies for it, the system sets the end date by default to not exceed beyond a year.
The end date is defaulted and does not allow to apply beyond that date.
I thought this is because of the minimum balance configuration. But even if I set the minimum balance to (-400), the system does not allow to go beyond a year.
The employee will have to submit another leave request, but I am looking for a solution for it to be continuous single leave request rather than multiple ones.
Is there any other better solution for it? Please advise.
