    Hi Syed Waqas Nabi,

Please check the document of On-premises deployment:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../on-premises-deployment-landing-page

And Commerce capabilities that are available in on-premises deployments:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../retail-onprem

Hi thanks for your answer. Basically would like to know about the capabilities what I am trying to do is setup D365 commerce on a server and ecommerce website that run locally so do you know that will work on premises ?

Is there any video for the setup that we can follow?

As far as I know you can't deploy the eComm side of Commerce in an on premise scenario as it requires the CSU's which are only available in cloud.

    hi AriaConsulting,

We are setting up dev environment so was looking for on premises setup. On Azure what I think there would be a monthly charges for it to setup? Do you know anything about it how to set dev environment or has previous experience in it?

Below are the links which will help you setting up local (doesn't require Azure Resources) dev environment to developer eCommerce Frontend part of the solution, you would use mock data to develop your modules:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../setup-dev-environment

    docs.microsoft.com/.../create-new-module

    docs.microsoft.com/.../test-module-mock

    docs.microsoft.com/.../test-page-mock

So those don't even require real RS/HQ.

You can also deploy RS fully on-prem by using Self Hosted CSU.
