Product integration from Dynamics Sales(CRM) to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation using CDS

Hi All,

I want to make product integration between dynamics crm products to dynamics 365 finance and operation product using CDS.

There is no template available for sales to fiance&operation for product so is there any way to create custom template for the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi..

    Did you check this link : docs.microsoft.com/.../data-integrator

    Section: "Customizing projects, templates, and mappings".

    It has both

    1) create temlate from existing

    2) create template from scratch.

    Hi Shahbaaz,

    I just now tried this and below are the steps:

    1. Create connections to D365 CE and D365 F&O

    2. Create connection Set - select the connections and choose any template which points from CE to F&O

    3. Create a project and select the instances

    4. Once project is created delete the existing Task

    5. Create a new Task with the desired entities - Product...

    6. Edit the mapping by clicking the ">" button for new task

    7. Save the changes..

    8. Run the projects - with all data

    9. Check in execution history - for success or for errors

    Using these steps I was able to sync my CRM products in F&O products entity.

    thank you very much for the reply, i create a mapping from crm to f&o, when i run it, it is giving me error  : File contains duplicate rows, cannot insert data into staging due to unique key violation.-

    '0' 'Released products V2' record(s) inserted in staging

    also i dont want to import all product to F&O, i want product to create in F&O condition based.
