Is there a way we can enter the complaints of the customers into AX when they return a product or anywhere we can add the quality related stuff for the damaged products? Do we have anything like Quality module already in AX?
For instance:
Case1 - we get a complaint for a product "XXX" from John that the product is not good (with reason) and then we note down the batch number. Later we get same kind of complaint from Sam and we note the batch number. Is there a way this can be tracked within AX and then we can hold the batch number from manufacturing and check the products for their quality.
Case2 - A customer complaints that they get rashes from a product, can this be noted in AX and in further used as a quality analyst within AX.
1. Do we have a Quality module in AX?
2. How can I track down this complaints within AX?
3. Is there a workflow that I can use to refer?
4. Is it possible to track this down via POS and put it into AX or any web page?
