While implementing the Credit and Collections module in Microsoft Dynamics 365, the question appeared: how to get reminders for the collections activities using the following parameters:
We could find some information that can be performed as an Outlook reminder. We set up the email provider ID as SMTP and ensured the batch job for emails was active. Unfortunately, it does not send anything. There is no email history for this as well.
Could anyone share the instructions to set it up and run so the reminders can be sent?
