Hi all, I have one user that runs a specific report and all of a sudden it is taking more than two hours. She's in a Citrix multi-user environment but several other users can run this same report in less than five minutes. I have noticed that during the report generation, her "Role Center - General - Microsoft Dynamics NAV" process becomes unresponsive. I would normally think this is something wrong with the server but other users can run this report without any issues. I have reset the user's roaming profile, effectively deleting all NAV-related program files specific to the user. Upon logging back in and running the same report, we see the same results. Not sure where to turn at this point.
