Business Process Flow with multiple entity

Hello ,

I have made custom business process flow for lead. There are two stages with two different entity .

stage 1 : Create lead

Stage 2 : Order

when this lead qualify that time I restricted to create opportunity and creating a order directly from lead. Also I need to change stage 1 to stage 2 automatically when this lead qualified with reference of already created order.

Please do needful.

Hi Keyur,

When ever you enable an Entity for Business Process Flow, two fields are created

processid

stageid

So when we want to change the current process flow or the current stage we need to update these fields.

We can update these value through JScript / Plugin using CRM API's
