    Hi Hitesh,

You have to check the inventory at Site CS01, Warehouse CW101 etc.

It is either not there, or is reserved to something else.

    Hi Basha,

To reverse a registration, you can just run through the registration process again from the PO Line. Choose the 'Registered' line in the top grid, and tick 'Auto create'. This moves the line to the bottom grid (with a negative quantity). Click 'Post all' to reverse the registration.

For your second question, can you look in Inventory management parameters. What is the setting of the 'Automatic addition' tick box on the General tab?

    Dear Basha,

    It is very simple.

You can select the 'Auto create' checkbox on the upper grid, for the registered transaction deregister them. This way it will create the record in the lower grid and you can click on 'Post all' button which will deregister the registered quantity.

This will automatically merge the transaction which was split earlier if that are no other registered transaction. Remove the serial or batch number if any specified on the purchase order line.

Looking at your case, transaction are not yet registered (receipt status is ordered) so you actually do not need to deregister it.

Just clear out the batch and serial number specified on the purchase order line and that should work in your case.

Let me know how it goes.

    Regards

    -Rahul
