Is there a way to specify that a customer must order a specific quantity. It's like a lot but not as in lot tracked. For example, a lot of 12 and user cannot order 17 or 35.
Something that would need a modification. Closest thing in standard that is holds some lose comparison is sales prices. You can set a minimum qty. to get a specific price. This could be inspiration for how the modification is done so you get customer or group based settings for what you eventually want
