Why sending email status still waiting or failed?
How to moving sending email status from status failed to sent?

you can show sent the email by click the checkbox in top right page also show sent email

i was click the checkbox in top right page also sent email but still waiting and failed status.
How?
You should be running the e-mail distributor batch job to process pending messages.
E-mails could only be sent by certain mail servers if you have a valid "from" e-mail address set in the User options form for the account who have generated the entry in the table, and the address is from the domain for which the mail server is configured.
Try checking the fields in the table behind if they are missing anything compared to the records which are successfully sent (SysOutgoingEmailTable). If you do not see anything suspicious, then try sending the e-mail and monitor it with the tool recommended by the Microsoft troubleshooting article:

i was do it and i was also compile application but still failed status.
i am really confused..

plz check the below steps, this will definitely solve your problem:
1. u can check that your SSL is enable or not. To do so
go to classes>SysMailerNet>SendMail and check if the code is same or not.
public void sendMail()
{
smtpClient.set_EnableSsl(true); -----> this is enabling the SSL
smtpClient.Send(mailMessage);
}
2. check your SMTP server IP / put your smtp port to default port i.e; 25/ check ur firewall configurations.
this will help you in case not then let me know

Hi Mr. Rajesh,
i was see code from the class it. But not same.
this is code of the class SysMailer with method name SendMail :
U opened the SysMailer class but i mentioned above to open SysMailerNet class.
plz do the above steps mentioned by me and let me know in case u are not able to do it.
