Real Time Marketing sending activity emails rather than marketing email?

Hi,

We want to move from classic workflows to RealTime Marketing for many reasons, Sender of the emails should be the Owner, not some generic Marketing sender. We want the emails (both sent and replies) to be track within the Contacts Time Line. 

Question 1: How can we send activity emails that gets tracked on the Contacts activity Time Line?

Question 2: How do we If/then branch when we get an email reply?  I only see these option: Email Linked Clicked and Email Opened

Does anyone know if Microsoft is working on this?
