Hi all,

When sending a sales invoice, can you use the customer card email address or bill-to email to send an email for the invoice?

How do you send past due invoice emails?

Hello,

You can use 'Document Layouts' on the Customer Card to specify the email address to send to when sending invoices.

For past due invoices, you can either go back to Posted Sales Invoice or use the reminder function.
