OOB way to add 'n' field rows onto CRM form

Hi -

My requirement is in such a way, it should allow users to add new row (stay with me!) of fields on a particular section/grid to follow the first row. Also, allow them to keep adding new row(s) (which has say 3 fields).

Kind of like, after filling the first row if the user wants to add more info onto next row, select-a-value/click-a-button to see new row.

It is vital for me to know the best & feasible OOB way to accomplish this? Because trailing which we have some Business Rules doing some calculations cumulatively.

Thanks in advance!

There will be an editable grid pretty soon, and If that meets your requirements I would definitely wait for it.  Lookt at crmroadmap.dynamics.com under 'In Development'.

Another way would be to build a HTML web resource with JavaScript. Otherwise I don't see an option to get what you need.

Pankaj - Thanks for the response!

I'm aware of that fact. This is to know if there a witty way exists to accomplish the same.

+ the max rows requirement is till 5.

    Hi Ankush,

CRM doesn't provide a Editable Grid. So you can create your own HTML Web resource and design it according to your requirement and add this html web resource on your form.

    Hope this would help you.

Hope you now get a better understanding from this!

This is the Unsupported Customization. Need to achieve this via OOB.
