Ask for information Due to open Sales Order on 17/03/2018, we have selected Invoicing and delivery on hold on 17/03/2018 and Invoice on 28/03/2018 and customer limit. Available for purchase this item. If we choose Invoicing and delivery on hold, we will not be able to open this Invoice, so we can not open the Sales Order. Now, I understand is right? "

103410 is data from application LIVE. and 100024 is data from application TEST, sorry for confused.

It seems there is a mixup. I see on your screenshot that you set "Invoice" value for the 103410 customer. On your second screenshot sales order is for

1000024 customer. You have told that you cannot post anything - the reason because of this Invoice value. Now you are telling that you actually can post it. What is the problem here? Can you post it or cannot?

If customer is set to "Invoice" and sales order is for this customer - you cannot post invoice.

If customer is NOT set to "Invoice" and sales order is for this customer - you can post invoice.

When you select "Invoice" in the Invoice and delivery on hold field it means that customer is blocked with posting picking lists, packing slips, invoices, including free text invoices. But you are still able to create sales order and confirm it.

When i create sale order system shoe error "Customer ##### is stopped " and i can not post pick and pack until to post invoice.

About your question: Can you explain it? What do you mean with 'open an invoice'? What is the real question here?

if you put the customer on hold for invoice, you can create sales order but you can not invoice.
