Is there a fixed asset inventory report that we can run to ensure all assets are still on property (and check them off as we go)?

    In SmartList go to Fixed Assets and add the columns you would need.  I would be adding the Location and the Physical Location and the Asset Label if you are using those fields and then send it out to Excel and then use this sheet to check them off.

    Hi,

    You can also use report from Fixed Assets Inventory Reports list (from Reports >> Fixed Assets >> Inventory) such as Fixed Assets Inventory list by location. This report prints assets for each location on separate page
