How does a client access their purchased Customization Pack?

I assume the answer to this would be they download what they need through their CustomerSource login.

I'm a developer who has worked for a few partners but I've never known anything about licensing or CustomerSource. I've been asked if I can guide a client in getting started with their newly purchased Customization Pack.

    Have them do a search on Dynamics GP Customization Pack and then look at which modules they need. It may be Integration Manager, eConnect or Web Services. It is this modules they will find under CustomerSource to download. Startihng with GP 2013, there is the Starter Pack, Extended Pack and Customization Suite. The tools for which you seek are part of the Customization Suite.

    Chad,

    If they've already purchased it, their partner (who they purchased it from) can give them their new reg keys, or as you say, they can log onto CustomerSource and get their new keys under their account.

    In addition, they may need some of the downloads your link points to.
