How to add Quote Product from the same Product Family

Hello,

I am new to Products and am trying to determine how I can set it up so users can only add Quote Products to the quote if the product is in the same product family.

Could anyone advise how this could be set up to disallow non-family member products?

    For Quote Product lookup ,create a view for the same family Product and disable the view.

    Thank you for your reply.  I had thought of this but I couldn't find any fields that I could key off for a Quote Product view.  I was thinking I wanted to key off the Family Hierarchy field, but it is not available.  Which field would work best?

    I found the answer in this YouTube video on product set-up.

    After I created a price list and added products to the price list, those are the only products available to choose from.
