I'm creating a Service Agreement that will generate a word template with the Client details and line item pricing but can't add a quote to the Service Agreement.
I would ideally like to create quote templates that I can add to each Service Agreements that then are updated with the appropriate hours of service to be included.
So Quote A has 3 line items with set prices; Quote B has 4 line items with set prices; Quote C has 5 line items with set prices. All quotes have variable hours depending on the clients requirements.
The Service Agreement is then sent to the client, signed and returned before bookings can be created for the service delivery.
In the Service Agreement Assessment section there is a section for Contracts and Quotes but no means to add or select a Quote or a Contract.
Is there something I'm missing, do I need to link something else?
Thanks,
Dave

An update for this issue:
This response from MS support under a ticket: Thank you for your time spent troubleshooting your issue. We have determined that we have ran into a product limitation and identified this issue as product bug
MS support have developed a fix and will deploy it on the 20 Feb 2020 for the Australian region.
We raised the ticket in July and it will be 8 months to resolution. Not bad???
This really raises a point about the resolution of Dynamics 365 product limitations. The release wave is so slow to achieve any real improvements. I wish the cycle was like the Power BI release updates every month.
