Hello,
One of my customer using CRM 2011 Onprem.
He is using outlook CRM and from few days unable to add new or edit existing order and quotes.
In Browser its working fine.

Repaired the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook. Still users unable to Add new or edit records.
After Reinstallation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook few users able to create new records.
Still some are facing same issue.

I am not sure but you can try the following:
Assign system admin role to user
Check if they can create an order now
If they can, now remove system admin privilege
Test again
Few users with System admin can able to create new orders. But, Still few option Like: Prod. Desc. in Order still not visible.
What can be the issue?
Does system need to upgrade ?
