In doing my bank rec today, I found several checks that did not appear in the bank rec screen. I went to the AP Check Update (Post) but there are no batches there. I ran a query and the entire batch of checks is listed there with a status of S in the payment selection program. There are no batches in the payment selection screen, nor under the checks screen. When looking up the checks they show as void checks with a status of T. Any ideas as to where I can find these items and post them?

No, however the entire system has been acting up since we migrated everything to a new server early last week. I am wondering if all the data did not make it over.

T = Temporary - temporary records for manual checks applied to vouchers before the checks are released. Does this batch not appear in the Release AP Batches screen?
