GP printer not taking the Default printer's setting

I have a client who needs to print 2 copies for checks. She  RDC to the server to use GP 2010. We check the printer settings on her local computer as well as the terminal server and setup to enable the printing of 2 copies (always). When you go to GP printer settings, it will default to the right printer but it will not inherit the setup of 2 copies nor it will accept if I change it manually.

I tried printing a word document from the server and it will print 2 copies so somehow, GP is overriding the local/RDC printer settings. Is there any additional setup that I may be missing? Please help.

GP will only print one check at a time.  If you want to print a second set for checks you could go and reprint checks,  But my suggestion would be that you print a non negotiable check.  It is a security issue when your printing two checks.

Actually, int he same company some users have GP installed locally and can print 2 copies so GP will let you do it. It is just when GP is running on Terminal Server.

There has been bugs on this in the future but that would be only if this is happening on all machines. I am not sure why only on a TS would this issue happen unless it has something to do with printing to a different printer (so the printer drivers could be different). It is very difficult to say without seeing your entire environment and the process that the users do.
