Is it possible to undo or reverse a bank rec from a previous period?
Our payroll guy created a GJ entry in a previous period and now the CA is out of balance by .01 for the last 6 periods and it won't let me do the June bank rec.

Yes, but it may not be necessary. Can you add an OD or OM Cash Transaction for the penny to get the CA Balance to agree to the GL balance?
If not, the six months of Bank Recs can be deleted. You will NOT have to re-clear all of those transactions - the transactions that have been cleared over those six months will still have a Clear Date. So, you can delete the existing bank recs, fix the problem, then re-create the bank recs and all of the previously-cleared data will still be cleared.
But I would pursue the OD/OM transaction for a penny, if possible.
