I am attempting to enable Server-Based Sharpoint Integration however when I get to the 'Prepare Sites' step my Default Site is not listed where it says "The following sites will be used for server-based integration." Two other sites are, which I do not want to use.

Please check if the user running the Enable Server-Based SharePoint Integration Wizard has Administrator access to the site you are trying to connect to.
Please make sure you have all the prerequisites listed in below and followed all relevant steps.
