I've been looking around and can't find an answer so please let me know if this is posted elsewhere!
I am trying to find a way to link a document called a Inquiry Report (IR) in CRM to both Opportunities and Accounts that is also available to look at in a single consolidated list.
There are multiple document types linked to accounts and opps and all I want to show in the repository is the Inquiry Reports. This is due to upper management not wanting to dig through opportunities and accounts to find a report.
We do have SharePoint but we are using 2013 on-site but our CRM is 365. Everything I've read said that we can't integrate SP and CRM unless they are both online (or both on-site)
Example: Submit IR-Test to Test Opp so that it appears on the Test Opp and in a repository of all call reports.
Anyone have some ideas to get the juices flowing?
