Bulk emails to Leads and generating report for email tracking activity

Hi, I want to send a single email to around 300 Leads and track the activity. I tried creating a marketing list and campaign but how do I send the email in a single click to all the Leads. Secondly, how do I create a View or Report to see email tracking activity for all the Leads in one place?
