Validation Results Error - Item Does Not Exist

Hello Microsoft Family. 

Seeing the error in the screenshot below when attempting to Post a Shipment in Dynamic Ship (Insight Works). 

Upon looking at the item card for this particular item, I see that there was a change in the description after the warehouse shipment was created. I ran this scenario in a test environment and wasn't able to produce the error. 

Any insight on what would cause this error would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi

    Check the SO. Sometimes at the end of SO you will see someone selected item but did not selected any item NO or anything else. Sometimes you need to scroll down to find such a line. It is basically a blank line with item at the left and nothing else. Delete that line.
