We have a CDO Email template called SALESORDER for Sales Order Acknowledgements. I have created a copy of this CDO Email Template called SALESORDERMEA. But when I add this to an Email list of a customer, create a new sales order and then send the acknowledgement, it does not go through this Email Template. What settings do I need to change to get this correct?
