Email Tracking issue in ms crm 365

I have ms crm 365 & configured outloook client with ms crm. but when i track email from outlook that time it is not creating email activity in ms crm. when i set regarding field in outlook email that time it will set regarding field but not creating email actvity in crm.

in my mailbox i keep Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router.
