I have a doubt and I hope you would be able to help me. I am using D365 for CRM and I am trying to automatize the email addresses' update process. My desire is to have the list of contacts always up to date, including email addresses no more valid and new people who took the role of the person that left among my contacts. Is it possible to have something like this? thank you!
