Management Reporter - Unable to connect to application service

Hi,

We have installed Management Reporter 2012 CU10 with application service and process service and after installing, when trying to open Configuration Console, we are getting the following error.

"Unable to connect to the Management Reporter application service http://machinename:4712/."

We tried to reinstall Management Reporter 2012 CU12 and it gives the same result.

Please help.

We have resolved this issue. The issue was Named Pipes protocol was not enabled. As soon as we enabled the Named Pipes protocol in the SQL Server Configuration Manager, MR configuration console started opening without any issues.
