Button "Cancel" in Sales Order form is disappear . How to find exactly duty, privilege to Enable. Please hepl!

Dear all friend,

Presently, the but the button "Cancel" in Sales Order form is disappear . I had tried find some Duty and Privilege, then add them into Role User but the button "Cancel" is still disappear (Picture below). This buttion "Cancel" is not belong "MenuItem Display/Action/" so that i don't know to find it.

Anybody who know please show me the exact Duty Privilege or the way that how can i find exact the Duty,Privilege belong this button "Cancel" and another buttons

    Hi Tran,

    You can assign the Sales clerk role to cancel the sales order..

    if it is the customized role, assign Maintain Sales Order Duty to get the access to cancel SO.

    Role - SalesClerk

    Duty - MaintainSalesOrder

    It's customized role. i assigned Maintain Sales Order Duty It worked.
