I have an D365 environment with sales installed and I am now suddenly experiencing this error when publishing. It seems that this started after MS update their Sales app recently.

Message: Expected to find an out-of-box form for form type 2 and entity type 1048

Is anyone having the same issue and possibly a solution?

Hi,

I believe this not a common problem.

It's better to log a support ticket with Microsoft.
